Simone Biles
Simone Biles, a gymnast American, has won her 20th gold medal at the world championships. Team USA won their seventh world title in a row at Antwerp Belgium's on October 4. Biles is currently the best female gymnast in history with 33 medals from world competitions and the Olympics. Biles did the vault with such difficulty that it was the first vault that a female athlete ever performed at the international stage. The vault, originally known as the Yurchenko Double Pike vault has changed its name to Biles II. In her final overall competition in the sixth October, the record-breaking gymnast will be competing at her very first international meet after 2021.
